Production time begins after receipt of payment for the order and the measurements of your caftan (s) Any changes during production time would prolong the process and incur additional costs.
All dresses (with the exception of some items displaying the "in stock" label) are made to order, whether standard size or custom made. The processing time for dresses without an “in stock” tag is shown as follows:

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any return that exceeds 24 hours after the delivery date will be automatically refused.
You must contact customer service to obtain a return number.
Returned dresses must be intact and in the original packaging.
The refund is made within 7 days of receipt of your return.
A deposit of 15% will be deducted from the total amount (of the caftan) to be reimbursed. Shipping charges are not refundable.
